What is mental toughness?  The ability to compete with confidence, bounce back from mistakes, be resilient in failure, handle pre-competition nerves, and a desire to become better!

The mental side of sport is often not taught, yet so much of competition requires the right mindset.  I can help you achieve your goals and thrive in your sport by giving you tools to overcome the mental barriers that hold you back.  The difference between athletes that are good, and those that are great, resides in the mind.

I am a Mental Performance Coach that specializes in enhancing athletic performance through the development of confidence and a winning mindset. I firmly believe that success in sports is not solely determined by physical abilities but also by mental resilience, focus, and a positive mindset.  My goal is to empower athletes to unlock their full potential both on and off the field/court!


Having grown up on a ranch in a small town in Montana, I've lived by values like hard work, community, and the profound role of sports. High school sports in my hometown were more than games – they were life lessons. As a former athlete, I experiend all the ups and downs of sport, and understand the impact of confidence and pressure on performance.


Now, as a mom of student athletes, I love seeing the profound role sports have in shaping a person's charater.   It is truely a pleasure witnessing how simple mindset tools can take athletes to the next level and  transform lives, especially amid today's unprecedented challenges.
